Update:
An Amendment was proposed the remove the consolidation of boards, including NVBPELS. The amendment places financial responsibility of boards under the Department of Business and Industry, but this is a preferable revision to the bill.

A community of civil engineers in Carson City and surrounding areas
Purpose
ASCE Capital Branch provides an opportunity for community professionals, administrators, and regulators to connect through regular meetings and social events. These connections encourage discussion and professional development among industry professionals.
History
ASCE Capital Branch was founded in 1964 to serve the communities of Carson City, Storey, Douglas, Lyon, and Mineral Counties.
Activities
The Branch has found renewed enthusiasm in 2022 and is expanding our reach and involvement in the community we serve. We hold luncheons on a quarterly basis and will periodically host social or volunteer events.
