Speaker Bio:
Mr. Cacioppo is a veteran of the United States Army and a licensed civil engineer in Nevada and California. He is a principal civil engineer at Resource Concepts, Inc. with over 30 years of experience in public infrastructure; commercial, industrial and residential planning, permitting, design and construction management; and flood control projects. Mr. Cacioppo is the former ASCE 2000-2001 Capital Branch and 2008-2009 Nevada Section President. In broader community leadership roles, Mr. Cacioppo has served on various community boards, including the Northern Nevada Development Authority (NNDA) C&D Committee, Carson City Parks and Recreation Commission, and the Carson City School Board, where he just finished his third term as an elected Board Trustee.
